major_clanger is out this evening, but I shall dine well. I also found a stockist of Fry's Peppermint Cream and Orange Cream chocolate bars - a good off-the-shelf dairy-free chocolate, when you don't fancy the gourmet stuff.
I am doing yet another experiment on myself - following someone's suggestion, I have bought some antihistamine tablets (Chlorphenamine Maleate) and will try them in case they help at all with my joint-ache symptoms. First tablet today, now. Hope I don't feel too drowsy to eat my spinach.
Listening to Radiohead The Bends, which came in my Amazon package today. I find it one of those albums which on first play you feel has been in your collection for years, which (to me) is a good sign :-)
