My second driving lesson went better than the first, I felt a lot more confident and we took on more adventurous terrain. beckyc's house, been considerate of other road users, gone over speed humps (outside the Carlton Arms), and driven round Mitcham's Corner and the Elizabeth Way/Newmarket Road roundabout.
I get in a flap at junctions, make bad decisions about whether it is safe to go at roundabouts, I have little feeling for the car size and position when parking so it is completely shite, and I nearly hit a postbox. Apparently.
An odd thing is that after going for a nice 2-hour sunny drive, I feel like I've had an hour's walk - yet I've only walked 20 yards today.
