[London] Bit of an ask

Hiya,

It's the last day of my course and I'm walking a lot better, but won't be able to get from taxi-outside-Kings-Cross to train-to-Cambridge without assistance, and I can't get from the place where the taxi would drop me off to the place where I can ask for assistance without, well, assistance.

Are there any Londoners who might be able to help me out with this?
The ideal plan would be to meet me at Pemberton Row (off Fetter Lane) around 5pm, carry my bags and hail a cab to KX, come with me and carry them off at the other end. Otherwise, meeting me at KX should be okay.

I'm sure I'll find a way to manage otherwise, but it'll be slower and more painful and take a couple of days mobility off me.

TIA for offers! [I'm working in a basement with no phone signal]

if I could help I would, but it would involve me arrving by wheelchair, putting your bags on it and using like walking frame, a squeeze in the taxi (but only £1.50 due to my taxicard) and then a luggage trolley from taxi rank to gate of platform, and ask staff to assist from gate to train.

But if you don't get any better offers, let me know. I'd need to leave at 4 to get there by 5. It is doable.

Thanks, I think I'll take up [livejournal.com profile] adela_terrell's offer though. (Not least because I can't push luggage trolleys)
