Work, Rest and Play

A Mars a day, or two Mars Bars three days ago and a curry with no visually identifiable dairy in but which might have had some, and I have the achy wrists/shoulders. I should maybe give up on this dairy-eating attempt, as I've not found anything I can tolerate yet. But for small amounts, the symptoms are not bad.

US Letter

I get my hands on some US Letter-sized paper - just thirty sheets or so, so I can do an APA cover. Does anyone in the UK have some stash they could pass me, probably at Eastercon? Thin card would be even better.
