The week of the pedometer is over, I managed 69k steps in five days (including a Saturday). Now I've handed it over to the next team, I'm a little less motivated to walk at lunchtime.
Somehow I have got two days behind at work; I've been working hard but the things are complex enough that the estimated completion date recedes as fast as I work.
I would love to fall asleep right now, but today is the first day of a new Tai Chi class and I want to get back into doing it. If I miss this session it will be so much easier to miss the next, and the one after that, which is partly how I ended up not going to class for over a year. The alarm is set for 7 so I can drag myself out. And I'll probably feel much better for doing it.
