Rye week! Delicious wheat-free rye bread. Two days later, ow ow ow. I thought it would be okay, but it appears not.

There was another strange effect - anyone have experience of this? Massive food cravings, not specific to a sort of food (e.g. chocolate). I used to get them frequently but haven't since starting this exclusion diet six weeks ago. 1250 kcal by 10:30am, then a big lunch, that sort of thing. Could this be related to the rye? My body is not happy, and perhaps it is interpreting it as needing more food. Or perhaps it's not overall calorie requirements but the brain demanding glucose, and lacking the glucose to help it resist demands for more.

Beef next week.

After that grain-based excitement, body now says "Go to bed! It is time for sleep!" so I will, and hope to awake happier and healthier in the morning.
