Rice Rice etc Baby

The rye effects (of aches and food cravings) did not subside till Friday, but I am on a much more even keel now. I test beef next, I was going to wait another couple of days but as the Co-op had 6 portions of decent beef for £2.50 (use by today but I can cook today and chill/freeze) I think I'll start this evening. I don't expect a reaction.

Rye was a jolly interesting learning experience.

Edit: 6 portions? More like 10. That's 4 lots of stew and 4 of chilli made, and steak for dinner.
