I needed that, as I have just been foolish at work.

I took a telephone call, it was about a press release they'd received from us (which I knew nothing about). Trying to direct the call, I asked if there was a name on the bottom of it. "The e-mail address is Kay Bassett," she said. "Kay Bassett? We don't have a Kay Bassett here," I said. I took some more info and found someone for her to talk to.

"Kay Bassett?" I asked the room at large confusedly. "Kay-base-Tee," replied the room - at which point I remembered our main product is named KbaseT.

Doh!
