A Bug's Life

aardvark179 reminds me there is a Teslathon on October 25/26, at the Cambridge Museum of Technology. Opening times Saturday 11:00-16:00, Sunday 11:00-16:00.It's quite hard to find information about future events, but they seem to be run through the Tesla Coil Builders of the UK group.

I shall be there on the Saturday - also, the museum is in steam from 2-5pm that weekend :-) It's a nice little trip, with lots of cutaway models of different sorts of pump made from old lemonade bottles etc to show how pump handle motion turns into water suction.
