bugshaw at 10:48am on 17/10/2010I have nearly finished sorting the household/financial papers. They got in a big old muddle with the move to Edinburgh and back via two addresses, and letting the house out, but five more categories and it will be Done and in a System in a Cabinet with Labels. Then I'll be in a good position to do my tax and think about comparing gas/electricity prices with other suppliers. (Still have work and fanzine/fandom papers in massive heaps though)
I've bene reading a bit this weekend - I forget who recommended Cormac McCarthy's The Road but I pelted through it in a couple of hours last night.
I'm reading Charles Stross's The Fuller Memorandum now, and though I would love there to be another Laundry novel to read straight afterwards I can't but hope Bob gets a bit of a break in between! Only 100 pages in, anything could yet happen.
