I'm not that surprised - in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if there's some crossover.

Bound to be.... Most geeks tend to care about what they eat or drink, so if they don't drink real ale, they'll at least have a fondness for good lager, or drink decent ciders, or single malts, or fancy vodkas, or....

Of course, it may just be the company I keep.

Bound to be.... Most real ale fans tend to obsess about something, so if they're not techy geeks, they'll be keen on airplanes, or re-enactment, or canal preservation, or.....

Of course, it may just be the company I keep.
