I dreamt that leeks could fly.

Whereas I ate creamed leeks last night. Then I dreamt that *I* could fly.. (this proves nothing except that you have more original dreams, or a more upset tummy?)

Did they fly by flapping their leaves, zooming along like rockets, or did they just levitate?

They soared, like seagulls, their leaves stretched out to ride the air currents :-)

Totally unlike the demonstration leek Simon launched that morning for testing purposes :-(

They must have been migrating. Is this why food goes out of season? It flies south for the winter?

recently had a short but interesting conversation about a living-willow-sculpture top hat (with a chicken in it) My partner in conversation had consumed most of a rather wonderful sweet buddha martini She was flying after that but not sure what she dreamed...
