I haven't yet watched yesterday's episode, but do have it on video.

Is it essential that I watch it before Eastercon, or should I carry on with my packed schedule of con packing and preparation instead?

Not really - there was an odd bit at the end that people might be discussing what it meant, but there were no major revelations.

Very interestingly there was no teaser for next week at the end.

It felt like an episode with ages to go, instead of the last but one ever with the big revelation soon to be revelated. So no arcy stuff that you need to worry about not having seen, unless you count one cryptic remark at the end.
