Listen, I don't want to be little miss bucket of cold water, but I notice some interesting things going on.
1. 101 in 101 day not 1001? Why? Overachieving monkey on your back?
2. Several of the things in your list include multiple things - such as do pilates 14 times, watch series three of of BG (which takes more that one day surely?). Even your walk 2 hours is 2 hours and *10 mins*
3. Why have you got have friends round to dinner 3 times rather than it cropping up on say 27, 43 and 92?
4. Have you ever heard of Setting one's self up to succeed?
I should include on your list: Revise 101 list into something that will give me pleasure rather than become stress laden monkey on my back that will serve to prove what a failure I am. Because I'm not.
I don't know whether I should laugh or send you a hug.
I shall do both'

2. Several of the 101 things take less than a day, and I might do several Things or bits of Things in a day. I have not tried to estimate how much time would actually be spent if I did everything... Aiming to walk an hour a day is a goal that can be exceeded if I'm having fun with the walking.
4. If I set goals way, way above what I can hope to achieve, then it is likely that I'd overshoot a more modest goal? But I do secretly hope to do everything on the list...
I know this is an extremely challenging list of Things; but each one I could do, and get enjoyment from. Don't worry, the main purpose of the list was to give me pleasure - I have written down a lot of things that I would love to spend time on, and that I haven't been able to while working. Having them here in my face gives me goals for the day instead of spending oh-too-much time playing games and surfing Internet, or getting dragged down by the endless minutiae of running a house. It's not there to stress me, honest.
