Spent a full weekend on Eastercon Programme Book, am now chasing outstanding Programme Book things and talking to con guests and hotels and treasurers. I have nearly finished a short article for Chunga, and have one more exciting Database Programming lecture to write up before work starts tomorrow at Uni. SF pub meeting at the Cambridge Blue tonight, then on Tuesday we have a lunar eclipse and a friend of Simon's round for dinner.
Next week: the ReadMe, more guest arrangements, preparations for the TAFF party, and working on a fanzine... and, no doubt, any number of last-minute con-running situations.
