Why yes, yes I can.

We found a hardware shop very near by, and took their last toilet brush.
"We don't need a bag," said [livejournal.com profile] major_clanger, grandly, and handed it to me to bear proudly through the streets of Bruntsfield while I muttered grimly about how good it is that we're still friends or I might have thought he was being Deliberately Mean.

Did anyone see you walk into the close at Viewforth? Because if they did, [livejournal.com profile] surliminal will never be able to move back in unless she claims that the two of you are just her new cleaning staff.
