Hooray for snow!
But Bridget, you hate snow!
Ah, but I woke up at 5:30am convinced I could hear someone creeping quietly up and down the stairs, which was rather worrying as I was alone in the house last night! After a minute I got up and started to check the rooms, the doors and the windows. All was secure, and the 2" blanket of snow had no footprints in (which reassured me).
I couldn't get back to sleep though, so I thought up questions for my two remaining interviewees.
I have been considering going to the BSFA meeting tonight (as I can, according to the ticket office, buy a train ticket from Peterborough to London Return and make my return journey via Cambridge (where I can jump off and go home!)) but I'm put off the plan as I hate snow.
