Tick

We have The Tick, Season 2 - excellent! So far he has battled The Red Herring (with machine gun eyes) and the Swiss Army. Excellent monologuing at the end. I like the way they keep so much continuity. Favourite character from Season 1 is still The Evil Midnight Bomber That Bombs At Midnight (yeah baby, yeah).

The Tick is brilliant, and I adore the cartoons. Another one of those cartoons where the more you know (and not necessarily about comics), the more jokes you get. El Cid! The Cow! I love that show. I may even acquire the DVDs someday.

Yeah, we've been meaning to get the DVD's too and I didn't even realise the second season was out. Darn. Maybe I should put it on my amazon wish list, in the vain hope that someone might actually get me something I want this Yule (for once).
