If you have savings (which is something I know nothing about) then consider an offset mortgage. It gives you more flexibility and is very effective tax-wise as you don't pay tax on the savings interest (becasue you aren't getting any interest to pay tax on)

No, Subtle-Ironic is the font, or there's Subtle-Ironic Sans if you want to show there's no subtle irony at all.
