bugshaw at 10:53am on 25/08/2008Moving house in two weeks. Better get sorted, then - I find a deadline concentrates the mind marvellously... This is the shortest distance move I've done; if my back were better I'd be able to do it all by bicycle (except for the printer, computer, tumble dryer, and cupboard) though it would take some 20 trips.
Housemove numbers for stats fans:
I lived in the same house for 14 years (returning, on and off - my father's house).
In the last 25 years I have lived in 14 different places, two of them twice.
These have included 4 student flats and 5 RAF places.
