Don't know which 'same number' you were going for, but if it was the one that you had before you left, they go back into the pool of available numbers after six months, so it may have been assigned to someone else. If it's the one that previous tenants had, they may have decided to take it with them.

It's the one I had before, which the tenants kept (as we asked them to), they are not taking it with them. It'll be some other systemmy thing which makes sense to some part of the telecoms infrastructure. Ah well.
