Le Weekend

Internet comes, Internet goes. Internet comes from 3modem right now.

I joined a gym today - LA Fitness, not the nicest or shiniest or cheapest gym in town, but it is the nearest to me and thus the one I'm most likely to get to. I was pleasantly surprised with the joining fee being only £35 - and if I go to the gym three times a week for the next 8 weeks they will refund it. Now, that's so much easier said than done, but I will try my best.

Yay interweb! Yay gym!
Due to move-related insomnia energy, I am well on the way to finishing book-sorting. So browse to your heart's content!

Enter. Do 5 reps. Leave. Re-enter. Do another 5. Leave. Etc. :)

Or: Enter. Have a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the warm in one of their armchairs. Use their shower to save on my home water bill. Leave. Repeat :-)

Ah, once I've got to the gym it suddenly seems much easier to stay for a full workout.

I was thinking much the same!

I am impressed by the LA fitness incentive scheme. As you say, there are plenty of ways of getting it back without using the gym but that just seems so much easier...
