I've just got a slider, and I've found myself sliding it open to answer, and wondering why it keeps ringing. You still have to press the answer button.
Reminds me of when I first got a DVD player. It was an embarrassingly long time before I stopped looking for the "rewind" button when I'd finishe watching a film.
