We round off the meme with a long day at work, waiting "5 more minutes" nine times for someone to come out of a meeting. Back hurts lot still, but could just make it back from the bus stop.

[livejournal.com profile] angua and [livejournal.com profile] saraphale were waiting at my house with a giant television, which S carried upstairs (thank you!) and set up with the Sky box. The gods of light entertainment smiled upon us, with big beaming grins, bestowing bountiful happiness upon us, as the first programme we saw was The Doctor's Daughter (a Doctor Who I'd not seen before), and the second was I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue which was absolutely bloody marvellous and I nearly choked on my dinner several times :-) He can't say things like that!

Have you never heard ISIHAC before? It's full of things like that, that he can't say

I've caught glimpses and heard an occasional burst, but this was the first time I'd seen one at its full length. Now I want more - Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke Taylor give me a lot of aural pleasure.

It's available on CD, and BBC Radio 7 are running it on Thursdays at 12:30PM and 7:30 PM.

We seemed to have shared viewing preferences last night. I'd been to the ISIHAC tour last year, so recognised most of the script. [livejournal.com profile] pm215 was transfixed and giggling wildly. Go Chairman Humph!

I just bought the ISIHAC DVD for my brother. How giant a TV? The biggest I found in Curry's was 60 inches! Though we sensibly stuck to something that would fit in our living room.

The depth and mass are giant, the width is merely big...
