It can catch you that way. I've spent far too many evenings working my way through various webcomics, some of which I had no intention of actually following.

Alas, I wish Erin Lindsey had time to continue the story. I'm one of the people who actually bought a copy of the one paper comic she published. I'd also hoped she would have come to the NASFiC in Seattle -- it being close to her and all -- so I could thank her in person, but I guess Dragon*Con was too seductive.
