Wasn't expecting factual answers to the first two, but thanks! Dear brain, can possibly survive on less sugars, yes?
Ah, Rodin. Your beautiful, sensual bodies, in pose of perfect expression, but when we read the accompanying notes we find you're imminently going to die horribly or have suffered some tragedy of mythic proportions.
1) Because you're not out in it. [This is a presumption, I admit.] 2) I've plenty of pickled eggs if you fancy... 3) I've been fascinated with Matisse's L'Escargot since I was a toddler. 4) Only if he bought me hot shoes.
I like a lot of the Impressionist/Post-Impressionist/Cubist era (For my A-level dissertation I compared the landscapes of Monet and van Gogh), Rothko, the Canadian Group of Seven (particularly Lawren Harris), ucien Freud, David Hockney, Anthoney Gormley, Herny Moore/Barbara Hepworth and lots more. Though my predictable fave is probably still Starry Night.
