To be fair to the NHS, they did manage to find her a speech device better than the initial alphabet card, it just wasn't easy to use with dyslexia.

(I've already made a donation, as I know what it's like to be unable to speak.)

What Imogen's site doesn't tell you is that the other (NHS) aid broke after just a few days of using it. I wonder why it was in the cupboard in the first place! Not sure if it's been fixed. :-(
