A classic example of how a disability can isolate people and limit their abilities. Also illustrates how small minded service providers can be on resolving the difficulties faced by people every day.
Communication is vital and speech is essential for many aspects of daily living. We can all relate on what it could be like if we couldn't talk/see/hear etc but the reality is much more harrowing.
Eggs UK will be happy to help Imogen - I just have to remember where the cheque book is - and hope that Imogen achieves her goal quickly.
