Sunshine

It's a lovely day, though perhaps a little cold judging by the speed at which the cat came in from the sunny front porch, and I am off out for a walk.

Hmm, any Cambridge recommendations for places to buy hiking boots/shoes? Light walking, I've small and wide feet (5 1/2 G), and I do need to try them on in the shop due to non-standard shape feet.

I have always had good service from Open Air shoes, which last time I looked were opposite the main Open Air shop on Green Street.

Seconded - I bought some nice Teva sandals there last year. They've a nice rocky surface in the shop to try out the shoes.

The shoe shop in Histon tends to have a reasonable choice, and they're a factory outlet, so it's a little cheaper than elsewhere.

Millets seem to have a decent range in too, though I can't specifically recommend them (I was buying a new daysack).
