I looked at it, but the option to choose a day seemed odd. Do I choose the night down the pub, the visit to the dentist, or make it easy for myself and pick Friday, when I didn't leave the house.

I wonder how that selection effect will bias the results.

You can do it multiple times. I previously did it for Book Group day, which came out with a nice interconnected network.
