It's perfectly legal to have a verbal tenancy agreement, but sometimes people do want to see it.

It's been about 18 months since I last drove a car, and I've still not driven solo yet, but this seemed a good afternoon to pootle down to Tesco with T being very calm at me, and neither of us died. More practice would be good though...
