We haven't yet figured this out, but what I had roughly in mind was to head over there Friday morning so I can help with the set-up, then head back on Monday evening - probably similarly helping with tear-down (possibly after eating, possibly grabbing something en route). This is all likely to be revised after contact with the enemy - viz. what timings the programme team come up with, and whether [livejournal.com profile] rustica has a job by then and if so whether that complicates our movements on the Friday. (If all else fails we could always go in two cars...)

I've not yet asked for leave on Friday, though I have some spare, and have no commitments to arrive anywhere at a particular time, so anything seems possible :-) That's a tentative Yes Please, and we'll work out details nearer the time? Thanks a lot.
