A humourous YouTube video which runs for 2 minutes then says "STIR" then another 2 minutes then says "EAT" to save you having to time your Pot Noodle.

Every time *I* hear it, I think "Lunges! Squats! then physio on the steps..."

Frank Turner is great, I hope that song makes you want a pot noodle too. Or better still, makes you want to go and write a song. :-)

Yes! Or perhaps an MP3 track ... one of the things that's missing as a standard app on my phone, a countdown timer ... will have to find one.

Last night I had a Ko-Lee Go Noodle (which is a pot noodle but in a cardboard pot so hopefully biodegradable! (and "an authentic product of China"(!))

I love Ko-Lee noodles IF they are chow mein flavour - which I haven't been able to find this year, just those horrid "Go" noodles of theirs, and some other brand for the cheap block noodles. Gah!
