Not really playing up, but has not demonstrated hoped-for improvements in the months since membership purchase to a point where I feel confident being able to do the travel and still be able to sit in function rooms.

Though today is chuffing ghastly with the bread effects. If all my knuckles hurt I know I've not just done something to my back!

Sounds like a sensible decision, but really one nobody should have to make :-(

Is the bread pain from kneading the bread or allergy to eating it?

The eating was the problem, it was a fabulous no-knead recipe (and if it were the kneading, I fail to see how that could affect my ankles!)
