Dear Crystal Reports book,

You are 965 pages long. If I go to you to look up things about advanced charts, I'd hope you'd have something more to say on the subject than "There are also advanced charts. Click on them to see their properties."

You'd think they'd at least say "There are also advanced charts. The internet is bigger than this book, and probably more up to date, so please google to learn more." :-)

And when we called it "The Complete Reference" - we were wrong!

I'm sure that's one of the rules of technical writing: never call anything "complete".
