And now the freezer is defrosted, there is plenty of space to put six dinners into it. Om nom!

Grumpf! You're reminding me that it's (past, actually) time to defrost my refrigerator (which I still sometimes call an "icebox" (and yes, I _am_ old enough to recall getting chunks of ice to suck on, from the Iceman)), and probably discard most of the contents of the freezer -- to be replaced with things that eventually.... *sigh*

I should defrost our freezer. But first I should stop buying frozen things and use up what's already in there.

For the last week I have been trying to find delicious ways to use up green beans and broad beans. Luckily, they make an excellent bed (with a few black olives) for the salmon fillets which were hiding right at the bottom of the freezer :-)

We bit the bullet and defrosted ours the other day. Suddenly I can actually close it without wrestling with shelves! :D
