It's only a number

Currently finding it irksome that I have Access 2000 on my home PC, 2003 on work PC, and 2007 on home laptop. I understand it's not good at cross-compatibility between versions...

Why choose Access? Because everybody has it! But they all have it different...

Currently trying to give someone an MDB file only we've just discovered that they have Access 97 and we have no way of downgrading to that version AFAICS.

It's not too bad as a query tool to a proper database over ODBC, but otherwise…
