Last night I wrote up my List of Things To Do for Thursday.
It tickled me to include
  • Chase Cthulhu

I fear the Great One was watching from his Perch of Omniscience, as the next morning the item I needed was in my inbox and I was thus denied the chase.

I just had to annotate my list for today to include switching my LJ "view" settings back to what whey were yesterday. How odd.

LJ status warned us, apparently.

News to me. The extra user icons are nice to have, though.

Was this a Purple one?

No, it was this one about Eastercon. Rar!

Sorry, what's the Eastercon connection? (Incidentally, I've organised screenings of this at both the Festival of Fantastic Films, where it's up for a Delta Award, and Novacon 36.)

Independent invention!

It is a bloody good film, and deserves lots of showings.

Only joking, though I would point out we got there first. Sean Branney (prod.) and Andrew Leman (dir.) are currently counting their spare change to see if they can afford to attend the Manchester screening. The more folks who hear about this movie, the better.

To me this item looks incompete. It really should read:

  • Chase Cthulhu, catch Cthulhu, tickle Cthulhu under tentactles

Anything for an exciting life you know.

Brain continues with this line of thought.
Brain ponders whether the tickling behaviour is part of Cthulhu dominance expression amongst herds in their natural habitat.
Brain ideates a David Attenborough natural history documentary on Cthulhu.
    Brain explodes.
    Splats everywhere.

    Good Numbat.

Hopefully the Great Old Ones will have me named minion of the month now.

Tickling Me under the tentacles is an approved method of ensuring you do not suffer quite as much when the starts are right. HTH.

Perch of Omniscience? Is that like the Salmon of Wisdom?

    Chase Cthulhu
Sounds like a great name for a merchant bank :-)
