Still reintroducing foods now I've recovered from over-lemoning. Corn was good, white wine was good! Nuts next. Well, it should be cheese then yoghurt then wheat but I'm not starting those till I've got the January reports out (also, with the exception of yoghurt, I know I get a bad reaction).

It may end up being small amounts of lemon, I did test awfully large quantities. We shall see!

Are you treating "nuts" as a category, or are you introducing them one kind, or a few related kinds, at a time?

Good question. As I don't think nuts are a problem for me, and I've received no guidance, I'll eat a variety. If there is a problem I can back off and try to find a lone culprit.
