Rice Rice Nuts

Nuts good! Walnuts and brazil nuts and pistachios, oh my. And almonds and peanut butter. I thought they'd be fine but it's nice to have it confirmed, and it takes off a restriction on things I can eat while out. I'm down to five things left to reintroduce, none of them I'm confident enough in to test risk testing while work is so busy. Mon 23rd will see - barley?

Oh, that's excellent news.

so do you have a complete running list of safe items so far?

I can eat loads! All meat/fish/birds/seafood, potatoes, rice, corn, oats (gluten free), all veg, all fruits bar citrus, nuts, seeds, wine, coffee, chocolate...
Just no dairy, gluten, and not sure yet on the citrus or vinegar. And no fizzy pop till the testing is over.

What are the 5 remaining things? I'm guessing cheese is one of them.

Cheese, yoghurt, wheat, barley, vinegar. I know the first three are bad.
I could go a few rounds with different citrus fruits too, or retest lemon juice in smaller quantities, but those are the big five.
I feel jolly fit at the moment though, and want to stay like this for the next week and a half, to get through work's Busy Weeks and then go out dancing!

Excellent news, and I'm glad you're feeling fine.
