Wardrobes (without Lions or Witches)

I've cleared out the big built-in wardrobe (big for Britain, a teeny tiny closet for Americans) and getting ready to put things back in. I'll need to if I'm going to get to bed tonight. I wonder if ordering clothes by when they were last worn will have an invigorating effect on my clothing?

Like moving the oldest tins to the front of the storecupboard - you either use 'em or you throw 'em out?

Yep, next time I go to a clothes swap thing it will be obvious what I never wear, and I'll think a bit harder about whether to let things go to a new home.

I think sorting clothes by last-worn date is an awesome idea. I sort-of do this with my clothes that are folded, because I put the stuff just out of the wash on the top, which means that over time the stuff I'm less keen on migrates to the bottom.

Sounds good; let us know how it works!

My sister keeps a labelled bag in her closet for rejects -- things she puts on, looks in the mirror, and instantly rejects. (The label keeps her from giving the wrong items to charity, again.) She used to use a basket, when she had a larger closet, but it still works.
