Maybe this is the best way to deal with floods - freeze them solid, pick them up in great sheets, and cart them off to somewhere safe

Didn't Christopher Reeves do this in one of the Superman movies once?

I've never watched a Superman movie. (It could be worse, for ages I'd never watched Bladerunner and fans at cons would drop their jaws at me incredulously.)
