via andrewducker - I'd come across this site before but lost it and am glad to have it again. All recipes just happen to be gluten free.

Yeah, using the gross parts is optional; if you don't like them... and otherwise it's no grosser than a burger or a sausage. Unless you really don't like oats I guess. (I've always found the whole "haggis is super gross" meme really odd; haggis is delicious)
