Cokezone helped reduce the amount of Coke I drink -- in general I reckon that any brand that has that extensive a reward program is Not Representing Good Value for Money. Which I realised about Coke, but still I drink it.

I still have two -- Cravendale milk, which (in the skimmed form) is genuinely nicer than any other milk out there, and Andrex Aloe Vera (ditto but for bottoms). But mostly I eschew brands that do this; I assume there's Something They're Not Telling Us.
