Local area, will you cool down, please? I need my brain to switch back on but it's too warm and sleepy. I'm trying to write, but might do better if I switch the computer off and go and sit in a cold room with some paper and a biro. Bah.
I know the feeling, it's the sort of weather to make you feel tired, but not the sort to sleep well in. And when you do get to sleep you get woken up by the sudden downpour, which would have been wonderful about 6–8 hours earlier.
I didn't notice a downpour. I guess this means I don't finish painting the shed.
Must sort out getting a rain water butt for the garden, if only I could work out where it should go and therefore what size and shape it should be, and what I'd need to connect it to the gutter/downpipe.
