It doesn't look too bad on the map; but I took a straight line and made small deviations from the route, trying to approximate it. There might be a shorter route which takes a larger maximum deviation, but I don't know how to calculate that.

Oops, hadn't noticed the Burleigh Street bit, that makes it much better
