Yesterday: I wonder what will happen if I eat a 170g tube of Smarties?

Today: Lying in bed, I feel my back and knees aching. This is not usual. It feels better when I move about, but I have to be careful to sit with upright posture. Am not looking forward to the bench seats at the Carlton - might go home instead especially as I'm invigilating till 7pm. Will see.

I'll leave the diet dairy-free for another week, then try some feta again.
Then go dairy-free, then try another huge tube of Smarties - just to make sure! ;-)

Poor Bug... I've seen them selling dark Chocolate M&Ms... I wonder if those would be dairy free. And if they'd be anywhere near as good as real Smarties.

I can cope with buffalo milk mozarella. You might want to give it a go.
