Errand-erriffic

That was a busy lunch hour. I spent £150, and got two pairs of black trousers, a new watch, a new mobile phone (with camera and video and MP3 player - I am no longer someone who does not own an MP3 player - but I am still someone who owns no mp3s!), a poppy, a ticket for the Heffers SF&F evening, white spirit to clean my shoes with, me added as a signatory to the TAFF bank account, and lunch.

Is that a case of don't own mp3s or don't have mp3s, or since you use iTunes are they all AACs?

I put a CD into the computer, open iTunes, click on "import CD", and something magic happens. I've never paid attention to that area of technology; when mp3 players starting coming out I was more interested in Japanese address databases...

I have an mp3 of Video Killed the Radio Star voiced by Tom Baker via text voice message... but that appears to be it.
