I don't recall Plasir du Chocolat doing anything dairy free, but hot chocolate made with soya milk is always an option in this household. Might be tempted to try with almond milk, which is apparently rather good, according to the folks on [livejournal.com profile] vegancooking.

I mentioned P de C not Chocolate Soup because P de C is so upmarket I thought they might have something very very cocoa solids ie not much dairy?

I think it might be the other way round - Chocolate soup do what is essentially a chocolate espresso, which might not contain dairy. It seems to be melted high-cocoa solids chocolate.
