Scottish weather, it does that sort of thing. :-)

I can't remember if your flat has an airing cupboard, I suggest sticking the java book in there for a couple of hours if it does.

The book is being very obliging, and the pages aren't turning into a monolithic slab of papier-mâche (which is good as it's a library book - Evil icon being used as it's actually MC's library book), but a stint in a warm place with something heavy on it will probably help. The water here, particularly the rain water, is really making my hair curl too. I could try sitting in the airing cupboard to see if that helps...

Am still damp. I want a job, with an office, where I can keep a spare t-shirt.
